As you know I have come to love Gusi, Inc. like my own family, yet even with family it is good to have feedback as to how things are going. So, I will be conducting the first annual appraisal over the following days. You will be asked to honestly rate your performance over the past year according to goals and objectives set out at the birth of our organization.
